Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging you received it. Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

We do not accept returns on digital products, downloadable content, or items marked as final sale unless they are defective or damaged.

Digital Product Policy

Our e-books are delivered instantly via download links after purchase. As such:

  • All e-book sales are final.
  • Returns are not accepted once the file has been delivered.
  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind, mistaken purchases, or compatibility issues, unless required by law.

Exceptions to the Policy

We offer a refund or exchange only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Product Delivered:
    If you received an incorrect e-book, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@globalcareerbook.com with your order details. We will correct the issue promptly by sending the correct product or issuing a refund if the correct version is unavailable.
  • Download or Access Issues:
    If you experience technical problems preventing you from accessing your e-book, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not offer returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Download completed successfully
  • Compatibility issues with your devices or software
  • Sale items or promotional offers
  • Gifted products

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved under the allowable exceptions:

  • It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
